DISPOSITION SERVICES: Thorough title examinations at time of referral. Assets listed with qualified brokers within the REO Xpress Team Network. Develop and implement a marketing strategy including but not limited to advertising print/internet, MLS listing and signage. Title insurance and escrow closing services, ensuring timely delivery of proceeds.
SPECIALIZED SERVICES: Curative process to resolve title issues. Title claims processing. Notification of delinquent taxes and tax sales, if requested. REO lease program, Deed In Lieu solicitation program.
TECHNOLOGY: Real Time internet status reports available on all assets. Listed properties with photos available via website. Customizable website viewing. Integration with leading REO management platforms.
QUALITY CONTROL: Brokers are constantly evaluated and monitored, performance is gauged via broker scorecard and only the brokers consistently meeting the expectation of REO Xpress and its clients receive listings.
TURN TIMES: Occupancy status within 24 hours, BPOs and appraisals completed within 7 days. Vacant properties secured within 48 hours. Title review completed within 7 days of referral. Close files within 30-45 days of contract.
FLEXIBITLIY AND CUSTOMIZATION: Customized and flexible billing plans. Customized reports based on client requirements including: closing projections, confirmation of sale, days on market, foreclosure deed, Inventory by status, mobile homes, winterized properties, taxes.
